Proverbs 17:22″A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.”
This scripture helps us understand that our mind does control our health issues.
Dr. Caroline Leaf (Holy Spirit filled brain scientist) says that 75 – 98% of illnesses are caused by toxic thoughts!
Our Great Creator gives us the power to create good health by how we deal with life’s circumstances.
I choose daily to thank God for my extremely good health at almost 72 yrs. young. I refuse to gripe daily about getting older.
If you are diagnosed with an illness, daily thank God for your healing. As long as there is life, there is hope and healing in God.
I thank God for each joyous day of life even when I have prayers that are still unanswered – I never give up faith and hope in God! Strong faith in God is still believing without seeing!
The Lord instructs us to think on things of good report, etc.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Think and speak words of ‘life’ into your life. For instance, if your blood pressure is high, you have the power within your thinking to bring down the blood pressure by thinking on something that is peaceful while slowing down your breathing.
Our thoughts create our feelings and then we say or act out how we feel. Choose to have a cheerful heart! God is the Wonderful Counselor!
Live in a spirit of gratefulness daily even in times of adversity. There are always reasons for thankfulness. This is choosing to have a disciplined mind. We must focus on God and His truths!
