God’s truth heals the hurting heart!

The church must become the ‘healing hospital of hope’ described by Isaiah in chapter 61. Jesus Christ came to bring us salvation, but He also came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free from their ‘stinkin thinkin.’ The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy. We have people sitting on our church pews who are saved but deeply hurting from painful experiences. The devil schemes to magnify their emotional pain through the lack of forgiving self, others and the inability to believe that God fully loves, fully accepts and fully forgives.

I recently posted a four-page article on my website – www.carolclemans.org, The Schemings of the Devil, to explain how the devil attacks.  If someone was abused as a child, exposed to pornography and now has a sexual addiction, they are fearful of who they can trust in the church to receive help. They are saved, but hurting. They need help with their distorted thinking. I recorded two one-hour DVD’s available now through my website, Sexuality in the Church, to help the church understand how to be healing helpers and give hurting people hope.

My ministry can be of great assistance to pastors through my teaching on site and counseling by phone/Skype nationwide. Recently in Caledonia, MS., I ministered for Pastor Mitchell – counseled on Saturday, taught to whole church Saturday pm, Sunday am & pm services, counseled on Monday and spoke for their ladies on Monday evening. I taught on several subjects for spiritual, emotional and relational growth. I provide ‘off campus’ confidential counseling for pastors.

Because of my teaching the Word of God for over 50 years and 21 years as a certified pastoral counselor, God has enabled me to be a conduit to speak His truth. People can be transformed by ‘renewing their minds’ with His Word. We must become equipped to open hearts to the healing of God’s truth.
