This scripture helps others to understand how God-centered counseling can help a person who is experiencing anxiety. Anxiety is always caused by stressful circumstances in life. Godly counseling – the foundation of my counseling – comes from God’s GOOD WORD!
A person who is full of stress and anxiety can look at their painful circumstances with distorted thinking – we all need to process our life’s experiences through God’s truth. In a multitude of counselors there is safety. Just be sure your counselor’s foundation is Bible based truth!
