From the heart of this Bible teacher and counselor:
Nurture your relationship with God daily!! I am sitting here and basking in the presence of God, praying in the Spirit and feeling such an empowerment in the Holy Ghost.
Each of us is the temple of the Holy Ghost. God resides inside of us the hope of glory! Open up your heart and soul to God daily in your home. Let your family hear you pray and praise!
What we are in the home is our true genuine self. Allow God’s Spirit and presence to control your spirit and attitude moment by moment.
When we allow God’s Spirit to overflow in our hearts, our homes, our attitudes and spirit wherever we go, it will impact others for the glory of God. Let the Holy Ghost rule your hearts on your jobs and in the community!
THIS MUST BEGIN IN THE HOME IN OUR FAMILIES!
The devil is on the warpath against all genuine believers! Recognize that we are in a spiritual warfare! When you pray in the Spirit, you are praying God’s perfect will (Roms.8) and you are building up your most holy faith (Jude).
Refuse to allow the devil to rob your joy in Him!!! Surrender to God in every area of your life. God’s truth transforms our minds and hearts (Roms. 12: 1&2).
Husbands, be the pastors of your homes in all humility of spirit as a servant leader. This is what God requires of you. When you do this, your wife and children will rejoice in your loving kindness toward them and follow you as you follow Christ!
Singles, you and God together are a spiritual embodiment of strength! Never feel ‘less than’ around anyone. You are God’s special treasure, in the royal priesthood and holy nation unto God! (1 Pet. 2:9).
My heart is full to overflowing as I write this today. I’m counseling nationwide all week long with people who are hurting – saved, but hurting. We must all develop this intimate relationship with God making prayer a lifestyle – inner dialogue – with God moment by moment. It will transform your life!
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
